Your privacy

This notice covers the Live Sound Levels public website and product waitlist. The customer application is a separate service; joining this list does not create an application account.

What we collect

When you join, we store your email address, church name if you provide it, the time you signed up, and the wording version of your consent to receive product and pilot updates. We use this information to manage the waitlist and send the updates you requested.

Where it goes

The website and waitlist storage run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes website requests and stores the signup information on our behalf. We do not sell waitlist information or share it with advertisers. Access to the stored list is restricted to the website’s authorized operators.

Spam protection and browser storage

The form uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire within 24 hours and are removed automatically. We do not store the raw IP address in the waitlist database. Cloudflare may process connection information to deliver and protect the website.

We do not add advertising cookies or analytics trackers. After signup, this browser may save your private signup-management link so you can remove your email later. This is local storage for that function, not tracking across websites.

Your choice

Joining is optional. We keep signup details for the waitlist and requested updates until you unsubscribe or the list is retired. Use your private management link, provided after signup, to remove your record. Future product emails must include an unsubscribe option.

If you join more than once with the same email, the original signup and its management link remain in place. Keep your original link. Removing a signup clears the active record; disaster-recovery backups may retain it for up to 30 days.
